The absolute best in vintage and reproduction clothing will be available on the day along with atomic homewear, glittering jewellery and even a vintage hair salon, all inspired by the golden era of the 1950s.Founded by Bettina Scarlett in 2013, it has grown from humble beginnings in a small hall in the back streets of Hammersmith into one of London's most established fairs. Thanks to this success, and luckily for us, she has decided to broaden her horizons and will be bring the fair to The Westcountry for the first time.

Bettina takes pride in having only but the finest vintage sellers and 1950s inspired brands from around the UK and when customers come down, they will already know what they want to buy, why? Because at the Mid Century Market, you don’t have to spend hours hunting high and low for something that may catch your eye for an extortionate price, you will be blown away by the array of beauties that await you when you walk in the door.

With shoppers in the past coming from all over Europe to hunt for bargains, Bristol is in for a treat in April because what makes the market distinctive from any other vintage fairs within the UK is the friendly and sociable atmosphere it brings. Not in a rush? Why not sit back and relax with friends and enjoy the atmosphere and listen to DJ’s hark back to that era of rockabilly and good ole rock n roll. The Mid Century Market isn’t just a vintage fair, it’s a gathering of friends who share the same passion for vintage and everything from the Hollywood era of Elvis and Audrey Hepburn.

This is a great event for Bristol and one we’re very proud to have visit us. For further information please visit www.midcenturymarket.co.uk or the Facebook Event.

Entry on the day is just £2 and it’s being held on Sunday 10 April 2016 at the Trinity Centre, Trinity Road, Bristol, BS2 0NW. Doors open from 11am until 4pm.
