Legacy 300’s ‘Meet the Medallist - Bristol’ event will take place on Sunday 6 October at the Seat Unique Stadium.

Relive golden memories from Paris 2024 with this one-of-a-kind hands-on experience, running fun-filled, interactive sessions running throughout the afternoon. Taking place at the home of Gloucestershire County Crickets Club, this is a charity fundraiser like no other – read on to find out more.

Tickets are priced at £11 / £6 and are available to purchase HERE.

The exciting debut of Meet The Medallists – Bristol promises to give local sports fans the opportunity to listen to, chat with and pose for photos with their favourite GB Medallists in the brand-new ‘Medallist Maze’.

Then, move on to the ‘Activity Zone’ where you will have the chance to take part in sporting and non-sporting ‘Beat the Medallist’ challenges, attempting to beat the time or targets set in advance by the GB Medallists in attendance.

Icons of swimming, rowing, taekwondo, diving, and kayaking have already signed up with the full line-up to be announced on Friday. Double Olympic Medallist diver Noah Williams is “Really looking forward to a fun afternoon in Bristol and hearing people’s Paris memories.”

GB Women’s Eight Bronze Medal winners Hattie Taylor and Rowan McKellar spoke about the event on Instagram earlier this year, saying: “Whilst we are looking to make an impact on the water this summer, your help to make a huge social impact in land would be gratefully appreciated.”

This event is part of Bristol-based Legacy 300 One Sporting World’s athlete purpose project and is designed to help the GB Athletes to support local good causes, adding to the £640,000 already raised through hosting Athlete Experience days.
