Yottam Ottolenghi grew up in Israel to parents of Italian and German descent, spending his childhood summers on holiday in Italy. This has given the chef a dynamic approach to his craft and over the years has penned New York Times bestsellers OttolenghiPlenty MoreNOPISweet and Jerusalem.

He also owns an acclaimed eponymously named group of restaurants alongside another, Nopi, in London. He has also appeared on various television shows and written a popular weekly food column in The Guardian.

Live on the vast Beacon Hall stage in two weeks’ time, alongside one of his co-authors, Ottolenghi will treat audiences to expert tips on infusing kitchens with his signature flare: creating comfort meals bursting with vibrant colour, flavour, bounty and sunshine.

There will also be the chance to ask the maestro himself your own questions with this unique live event bridging the gap between the author and the audience and reaching beyond the pages of Comfort. A real feast of the senses and soul, ‘The Comfort Tour’ is too delicious an opportunity to miss.

In addition to Bristol, ‘The Comfort Tour’ will take Yotam Ottolenghi to UK and Irish venues in Cornwall, Dublin, Harrogate, Salford, London and Liverpool as well as runs in the US and Europe.
