Music lovers will be able to attend either one day or for the full three-day weekend. Those who are planning on hanging found for the full festival experience can take advantage of the camping facilities available on the Almondsbury FC pitch.
Organisers have taken care to ensure that the event is accessible and suitable for festivalgoers of all ages and there will be a special children’s stage. Away from the music, a whole host of other entertainment will also be available, including a funfair and axe throwing as well as bars and food stalls.
Speaking about the festival, co-founder Garth Jackson said: “After running mini-festivals on site for the last four years, we’ve decided to take things a step further and host our most ambitious venture yet, a three-day extravaganza of music, arts and entertainment on the 6, 7 and 8 September 2024.
“Each day is curated by Almondsbury Creative, the local business at the heart of the festival site. From party starters Doreen Doreen taking the helm on Friday night to Tenille Arts and Kezia Gill headlining a full day of Americana on Saturday, there’s something to suit everyone’s tastes.”
Small Town, Big Music is not just an amazing music festival – although, of course, it is – it’s also doing long-term good, fundraising for three main charities, Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Appeal, Jessie May Hospice at Home and Almondsbury Parish Hall & Recreation Ground.
