Posted on: 02 May 2024

Two Bristol institutions in Love Saves The Day and Oowee are joining forces to offer Bristolians the ultimate food and music competition.

The city’s biggest music festival have teamed up with Oowee Vegan for a special summer giveaway. The partnership will not only see the plant-powered powerhouse serve up scran to festival punters but also offer a whole new ‘LSTD’ menu!

Tickets for Love Saves The Day 2024 can be found on the festival website.

Anyone ordering from this one-of-a-kind menu between now and Monday 20 May could be in with a chance of finding one of only 30 golden weekend tickets to Love Saves The Day tucked away between their fries, burgers and sides.

Oowee’s menu is centred around their famous plant-based smoky and saucy beef brisket, generously topped onto burgers, tater tots and signature mac & cheese. The iconic menu is set on reducing environmental impact, which is also a core value of LSTD and Team Love have pledged to become Net Zero by 2030.

The specially crafted venue (which will be available until Sunday 2 June) includes mouth-watering items including BBQ Brisket Smashburger, a plant-based beef patty with American-style cheese topped with plant-based beef brisket by Redefine Meat, tossed in a sweet, smoky and spicy BBQ sauce with sliced gherkins.

Also featured on the line-up are the BBQ Brisket Tots - crispy potato-tots, topped with in-house cheese sauce, BBQ brisket, crispy onions and spring onions. A cult-classic BBQ Brisket Mac & Cheese will be topped with vegan BBQ Brisket, crispy and spring onions alongside Frickless: slices of dill pickle, battered and fried to perfection.

The full menu is now available at Oowee Vegan on Baldwin Street and Picton Street with 30 lucky Oowee customers having the chance to find a golden ticket in the delivery bag to win a weekend ticket to Love Saves the Day.
