Bristol-based musical fans should prepare to be swept off their feet with An Officer and a Gentleman The Musical, based on the award-winning 80s movie. This timeless tale of love, courage and redemption will make your heart soar and leave you longing for more.

Experience the emotional tale of Jack Mayo, a brave young officer candidate and the enchanting yet fiery Paula Pokrifki. Their meeting sparks a romance that transcends, awakening a love that defies the odds and invites the audience to enter a world where dreams and destinies are one.

 

The musical is based on the 1982 rom com of the same name, starring Richard Gere as Zack and Debra Winger as Paula. The film was a massive success, winning numerous awards, becoming a real favourite and birthing this smash hit onstage musical.

 

As well as the previously announced cast of Luke Baker as Zack, Georgia Lennon as Paula, Jamal Crawford as Emil, Paul French as Sid and Sinead Long as Lynette, a plethora of top musical talent has been announced for the upcoming production, featuring the likes of Melanie Mason, Tim Rogers, Olivia Foster-Browne and more.
