Avon Valley’s Adventure and Wildlife Park will feature a range of exciting activities to keep the kids happy. There’s a huge sand and water play area to keep the young’uns entertained and cool as well as the famous Dinosaur Valley – home to the largest collection of animatronic dinosaurs in the South-West.

Young vehicle enthusiasts can take part in the Mini Jeep Safari, giving them the chance to drive themselves around a 4x4 off-road course, splash through Crocodile Creek and cruise around Bandicoot Canyon – a height restriction does apply for this attraction. There are also go-carts and electric quad bikes available!

As always visitors will be able to enjoy interactive animal sessions, learning about and getting up close to the park’s resident animals. If it’s a ride you’re looking for, kids will be able to spin on the beautiful chair-o-plane ride or journey along the Strawberry Line Miniature Railway – perfect for all ages!

Set overlooking The Riverside Trail, this summer the park will have two air pillows (one for under 5s and one for over 5s) that are sure to get you jumping for joy. If that’s not enough, each day will end with a massive foam party for some damp fun! Perfect for both children and adults.

There is also a range of classic adventure playground games to take part in with drop slides, a Boulder Dash climbing wall, an indoor play barn, a soft play and even a toddlers’ village with scaled-down shops to explore and play.

Any young art enthusiasts will be thrilled to discover the park’s craft area with an array of activities to enjoy, including giant colouring walls, mask making and face paint! If you’re travelling from further afield and fancy a weekend of fun, then why not book a camping holiday at the site? Find out more here.
