Extra date added for Michael McIntyre’s run of shows at The Bristol Hippodrome

Michael McIntyre will now perform an extra show at The Bristol Hippodrome on Tuesday 5 September 2023.
Now with a fourth Bristol show added (and on sale), the celebrated British-Canadian stand-up comedian and TV presenter is armed with fresh material and gearing up for a massive run of shows across the UK and Ireland between September this year and June 2024.

Now an undisputed member of comedy royalty, Michael McIntyre’s first emerged on the comedy scene back in 2006 when the observational, self-deprecating comic performed live on television and in front of the Queen at the esteemed Royal Variety Performance.
Ever since then, McIntyre has been on an unrelenting upwards trajectory, becoming one of the world’s most successful comedians, penning and performing tours that regularly sell over 4 million tickets. He also holds the record for the highest-selling artist at London’s O2 Academy, the UK’s largest arena, for 28 sold out shows.
He is also an immensely familiar face on UK TV, hosting BBC One’s Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow since 2009. The show was a widespread success and received several BAFTA nominations, winning the National Television Award for Best Entertainment Programme in the process.
Since 2016, he has presented Michael McIntyre’s Big Show hit BBC One, now in its sixth series, which has won a plethora of television awards. Then, in 2020, the comedian devised and hosted the BAFTA and NTA Awards nominated show Michael McIntyre’s The Wheel – a third series of which will hit our screens in the Autumn.
As well as Bristol, Michael McIntyre’s ‘Macnificent’ tour will visit venues in Bournemouth, Brighton, Dublin, Leeds, Swansea, Cardiff, Plymouth, Nottingham, Newcastle, Manchester, London, Liverpool, Hull, Sheffield, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Belfast before heading to North America.
