Tickets still remaining for Rod Stewart’s massive summer show just outside Bristol

Following an awe-inspiring run of UK dates in 2022, legendary rock and roller Rod Stewart is all set for a sun-kissed set at the beautiful Badminton Estate later this year.

 

Rod Stewart and special guests Boy George and Culture Club will play Badminton Estate on Sunday 2 July 2023.

 

Now 78 years old, ‘Rod the Mod’, who is playing a string of dates in the UK and Ireland this summer, will be joined by 80s stalwart Boy George for this event with seminal rock band The Who also playing a colossal show at this grand venue located a mere 40 minutes outside of Bristol.

Known as one of the finest singers of his generation, Rod Stewart has written a myriad of stone-cold classics, from ‘Maggie May’ to ‘Da Ya Think Think I’m Sexy?’, fronted renowned rock group The Faces, and to this day is seen as one of music’s biggest commercial successes.

 

A hit-maker since the late 60s, the singer-songwriter’s soulful, raspy voice and unique ability to adapt to the times (dabbling in rhythm and blues, blue-eyed soul and much more besides) has won over generation after generation.

 

Rod is one of the best-selling musicians off all time (selling over 250 million records worldwide), has won numerous industry accolades (including two inductions into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame) and has a knighthood for services to music and charity.

 

 

This summer, Bristol and South-West music fans can look forward to a set featuring all the classic. Talking about his upcoming show back in February when the show was announced, Rod has said:

 

"My favourite memories have been summer nights with a beer or two alongside the best fans in the world. I'm impatiently awaiting this summer playing at a variety of special venues - football, cricket and rugby stadiums, estates, and castles! We'll all be dancing under the stars."

 

Rod will be joined by special guest and fellow UK music legend, Boy George and Culture Club. With hits such as ‘Karma Chameleon’, ‘Do You Really Want To Hurt Me’ and ‘Time (Clock Of The Heart)’, this is sure to perfectly compliment Rod’s enduring charm.
