Worm Disco Club co-founder to launch new event at Strange Brew

Worm Disco Club co-founder and renowned DJ Nathan Worm is launching a brand-new club night, Bubble, in Bristol next month, debuting at Strange Brew on Saturday 19 February.
Billed as 'a new party for eclectic dancefloor body-grooving sounds', Bubble will be set up as a live-club hybrid event, showcasing a forward-thinking lineup of live acts and DJs.
Tickets for the event's opener - featuring fast-rising DJ Shy One as well as London-based singer and producer George Riley - are on sale now via Headfirst.
Bringing together sounds from across the contemporary electronic music spectrum, from breaks and bass to house, soul, jazz and more, Bubble has been devised with the dancefloor in mind.
Opening headliner Shy One is revered for a fiercely individual style, capable of building and layering a multitude of styles into her sets while maintaining energy from start to finish.
Joining her on the night will be fellow London-based artist George Riley, part of a new wave of revered hybrid coming out of the capital.
Riley's acclaimed 2021 album Interest Rates: A Tape featured on Album of the Year lists across the music press, and she's lent her voice to a number of hit dance tracks in recent years, namely ANZ's 'You Could Be'.
Bubble's launch lineup is rounded off by Worldwide FM DJ and respected producer Sam Bhok, alongside Worm Disco Club co-founder, promoter and resident Nathan Worm.
Worm Disco Club have emerged as one of Bristol's best-loved party brands in recent years, hosting an array of live artists and DJs across a diverse portfolio of events in Bristol and further afield.
The team set up an in-house record label, Worm Discs, in 2020, pushing Bristol's ever-evolving contemporary jazz sound by featuring the likes of Run Logan Run, China Bowls, Ishmael Ensemble and more.
