Motion and Boiler Room to release extra tickets for sold-out July day party

Posted on: 25 Jun 2021

Expect huge sets from Jayda G, Saoirse, Manami and more as the world-renowned Avon Street venue reopens.

Motion and events specialists Boiler Room are teaming up once again in July, bringing together a stellar selection of renowned international and Bristol-based DJs to play an all-day party on Friday 23 July.

Initially due to take place on 10 July, the event was rescheduled recently following the government's delay to their 'roadmap' schedule, which now states that venues nationwide will be able to reopen with no restrictions on 19 July.

Although previously sold out, a handful of tickets are set to go back on sale on Monday 28 June - find out more and get yours here.

Emerging as a household name on the global electronic music scene in recent years, Boiler Room have hosted events, stage takeovers and an array of live streams around the world since their launch in 2010.

From internationally-recognised artists like Carl Cox and Nina Kraviz to a long list of emerging DJs and live acts, Boiler Room have broadcasted just about everyone there is to broadcast over the past decade, and have more recently expanded to develop their own renowned events programme.

Not known to do anything in half measures, the brand have gone all-out in their latest collaboration with Motion, inviting Jayda G, Saoirse and special guest Hunee to headline a full day of house, techno, disco and more in BS2.

Some of Bristol's most respected DJs have been drafted in, too, including the Dar Disku duo, fast-rising selector Manami and Idle Hands boss Chris Farrell as well as Ellie Stokes, Dr Banana and Daisy Moon.

A regular fixture towards the business end of DJ Mag's annual list of the world's top clubs, Motion only recently started hosting socially-distanced outdoor events having been completely closed for well over a year due to the pandemic.

After such a long time out things are finally looking up, and the 4,000-capacity venue's expansive dancefloors, huge courtyard and sun-glazed, riverside terrace are expected to host a wide range of events this summer.

Final release tickets for Motion & Boiler Room's July day party go on sale on Monday 28 June and can be found here.
