Posted on: 25 Aug 2020

Get ready for an authentic Bavarian dreamland in the heart of Stokes Croft.

On Saturday 4 July, Lakota opened a new outdoor event space, Lakota Gardens.

Over the summer, the venue has welcomed seated raves, cabaret and sports screenings. It's also played host to a few intimate shows with comedian Russell Howard.

Now Lakota has extended the Garden programme even further, with the announcement of an Oktoberfest celebration.

Here’s what you need to know.

For one day only, Lakota Gardens will be transformed into an ‘authentic Bavarian dreamland’, complete with German beer and an Oompah band.

Fancy dress is encouraged, and they’ll be Oktoberfest snacks on offer; including Bratwurst and pretzels.

It’s happening on Saturday 3 October, starting at 13:00.

As with other events at Lakota Gardens, tables can seat up to six people and are available to book in two-hour slots.

Only one ticket is required for per table, and tickets start at £20. Sounds good, right? Tickets are on sale now – don’t hang around.Lakota Gardens

If you can’t wait until then, Lakota Gardens is hosting loads more events between now and October.

In September, catch the Laughing Gas Comedy Show in associated with The Comedy Box, an Afrobeats Day Party, and The Invisible Circus for a day of cabaret.
