Posted on: 14 May 2020

All tickets purchased for this year's festival will be rolled over to the rescheduled date.

Organisers of the much-loved NASS Festival confirmed yesterday that they had been forced to postpone this year's event, originally due to take place from 9-12 July, due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

Announcing the news on social media, the festival team confirmed that all tickets purchased for NASS 2020 would be valid for the rescheduled date, penned in for 8-11 July 2021.

NASS Festival.

After an unforgettable party in 2019 that saw the likes of Giggs, Cypress Hill and Rudimental headline another huge weekend of live and electronic music, NASS was ready for one of its biggest-ever festivals in 2020.

With none other than The Streets locked in to headline, NASS was set to celebrate its 18th birthday in the company of some of the UK's most exciting underground musical talent including Andy C, Greentea Peng, Jaykae and many more.

Described as "high-octane music meets super-urban sports" (Metro) and "a unique blend of arts, sports and music that has quickly become an essential festival for bass heads and skaters alike" by Wordplay Magazine, there's no doubting that NASS has emerged as one of the best-loved festivals in the country.

“We’re heartbroken to announce that NASS will no longer take place this Summer," organisers said in a statement online. "We explored all options to run the show, but it's clear rescheduling to 2021 is our only option."

Most of this year's lineup will also carry over to 2021, meaning NASS will still be able to deliver a top-notch event at a later date. "We’ll see you next year," the team added. "Until then, stay safe and look out for each other."
