You can now try your hand at preparing Oowee's sumptuous sides in the comfort of your own home.

As one of Bristol's most popular fast-food spots, Oowee Vegan broke hearts a few weeks back when they revealed they'd be closed for the duration of the COVID-19 lockdown.

Not to be forgotten, though, they took to social media over the weekend to reveal the recipes for their immensely popular Marmite Butter and Garlic Butter Fries, allowing you to recreate the magic from home.

With nothing more than some potatoes, marmite, butter, oil and fresh garlic, you can rustle up your very own Oowee Vegan fries, which, as you've undoubtedly been told before, are among the best you'll find anywhere in Bristol.

The Baldwin Street diner has ridden a huge wave of popularity since opening its doors in late 2018, offering up inventive and mouth-watering burgers, sides and desserts, all of which are completely free from animal products.

Their reputation as a top-notch eatery saw them named Deliveroo Restaurant of the Year in 2019, further cementing their position as a firm Bristol favourite.

Oowee have sadly closed their doors for the foreseeable future as the Coronavirus pandemic wears on, but rest assured they'll be back to their best once normality is restored.

For now at least, you can attempt to fill the Oowee-shaped hole in your life with a generous portion of Marmite Butter Fries.
