Posted on: 15 Apr 2020

Here’s what you need to know about the craft beer and pizza bar’s response to COVID-19.

Following a short hiatus following increased lockdown measures, Beerd is back.

The beloved craft beer and pizza bar – located on St Michael’s Hill – is now taking orders, both for delivery and collection.

During lockdown, it is possible to order not only pizza from Beerd but craft beer too.

Here’s what you need to know.

Inside Beerd

What’s up for grabs?

Alongside their usual pizza menu (with a few specials thrown in), it’s now possible to buy craft beer and cider from Beerd.

At the moment, you can grab drinks like Arbor Ales’ Shangri-La (Cask) Session IPA, as well as Lilley’s Mango Cider.

Craft beer and cider is sold in handy 4-pint containers, and they're priced between £13 and £15.

To see what's up for grabs, visit Beerd's UberEats page, or visit their dedicated Facebook page, to see the latest pizza specials and beer lists.

Information about collection

To keep their loyal pizza and craft beer lovers safe amid COVID-19, Beerd has introduced some measures for collection.

Beerd asks that if you are collecting in a group, groups should be no larger than two people. Beerd asks that children do not attend order collections.

Beerd isn’t accepting cash at the moment, so you’ll pay in advance over the phone.

If you’re visiting Beerd to collect an order, you’re asked to stand 2 metres apart from other customers.

And it goes without saying: if you are unwell, stay at home.
