Dolly Parton’s 9 to 5 the Musical is coming to Bristol

Setting out on its second U.K. tour, 9 to 5: The Musical is set to enjoy a five-night run at the Bristol Hippodrome from 11 August until 15 August 2020.

Who doesn’t love country legend and pop icon, Dolly Parton? 9 to 5: The Musical has to be the ultimate theatre experience for Dolly fans.
Having opened on London’s West End just last year, 9 to 5: The Musical is based on the 80s-cult film and features Dolly’s original Oscar, Grammy and Tony award-nominated score.
On stage, Bristol has the chance to see the story of Doralee, Violet and Judy - three workmates pushed to boiling point by their sexist and egotistical boss – unravel.
Can they reform their office or will things take a turn for the worst with an unexpected visit from the CEO?
Outrageous, thought-provoking and even a little romantic, Dolly Parton's 9 to 5 is about teaming up and taking care of business.
The musical is written by the prolific Patricia Resnick, with music and lyrics by the pop-country singer herself.
