Forest Live – the summer concert series presented by Forestry England – has announced James Morrison and Will Young will co-headline next year’s event. 

 

And lucky for us here in the South West, Forest Live is coming to the Westonbirt National Arboretum in Gloucestershire.

 

Scheduled for 12 June 2020, the gig will see the BRIT award-winners take to the stage inside one of the world’s most important plant collections.

Forest Live announce 2020’s headline acts James Morrison and Will Young are some of the noughties' biggest singer-songwriters, and paved the way for the emotive pop ballads so many of us adore today. 

 

Responsible for the hit ‘You Give Me Something’, James Morrison has enjoyed a career that has spanned over a decade.

 

His debut album Undiscovered spend two weeks at Number 1 on the official album chart, and he’s toured around the world. Earlier this year, Morrison returned with his fourth album You’re Stronger Than You Know – which has already amassed over 13 million streams.

 

Similar success applies to Will Young. From Pop Idol to the world stage, Young has created various smash-hit singles such as ‘Leave Right Now’.

 

Since his Pop Idol days, Young has released over seven studio albums, and this year, he returned with a new record, Lexicon.
