Creativity for a good cause: the Bristol Fashion Show returns for 2019

Posted on: 12 Nov 2019

Want to be at the heart of Bristol fashion innovation? Now’s your chance. The annual Bristol Fashion Show returns later this month with a two-night event.

The 2019 edition of the Bristol Fashion Show will take place in the beautiful surroundings of Ashton Court Mansion, on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 November.

A celebration of Bristol style, art and fashion innovation, the event aims to unite and engage Bristol’s fashion enthusiasts and uncover hidden talent; from designers and photographers, from hair stylists to models.

Not only a showcase of Bristol talent, but the 2019 Bristol Fashion Show will also support a leading cancer charity.

Penny Brohn UK is a Pill-based organisation, aiming to provide holistic support to people living with cancer. Sponsorship profits from this year’s show will be donated to the charity.

Kicking off at 19:30 on Saturday 23 November, and 18:30 on Sunday 24 November, the show will offer attendees the chance to network and see new creations on the catwalk.

Streetwear, festival styles, active-wear and formal gowns; many of the items showcased on this year’s catwalk will also be available to purchase, and the designers will be on-hand to discuss their creations. To see a full list of designers, click here.

A vibrant event of music, fashion showcases and entertainment, the 2019 Bristol Fashion Show boasts a fully-licensed bar, food available for purchase and DJs all-night-long.

The Bristol Fashion Show is organised by a group of dedicated volunteers, passionate about Bristol creativity and community. The project first began four years ago at Hamilton House and continues to grow year on year.

Tickets for this year’s event are priced at £10 and can be purchased online, or on the door.
