Bristol key cutters recognised for excellent customer service

Based at The Arcade shopping quarter, Mabz key cutters has recently been recognised for its excellent customer service at this year's Broadmead BID Awards.

 

Decided by a mystery shopping exercise, and run by the Bristol BID team involving more than 100 retailers in the area, Mabz took home the Specialist Retailer Independent Award. 


Mabz was announced as joint-winner of the category, alongside Bridal retailer The Bridal Boutique. The award recognises outstanding customer service.

With a glowing reputation among his customers as well as his fellow store owners in The Arcade, shop owner Mabz is known in Bristol for his excellent service and unwavering positivity.

 

His drive and solid work ethic mean you'll find his store open from 08.30 until 18:00 every day of the week, and he'll be able to do pretty much anything you ask of him; whether it's key cutting, engraving, watch repairs and adjustments, battery fittings or shoe repair.

 

"I’ve grown my business over the past six years at The Arcade by providing a brilliant service at a competitive price, whilst always keeping a smile on my face for my customers," Mabz said, after receiving the award.

 

"Excellent customer service is what makes my customers come back to me time and time again. It's brilliant for my independent business to be recognised again, and I hope to see lots more new faces!"
