On the lookout for some unique Christmas gifts? Look no further than the Prince’s Trust Makers Market festive pop-up shop.

We’ve all been there: leaving gift-buying to the last minute is the ultimate Nightmare Before Christmas.

Average gift sets, useless vouchers – the high street can’t save you when you’ve got little to no time left. This year, why not #ShopLocal instead?

New for this year, the Prince's Trust South West Makers Market is due to launch on Monday 11 November in the heart of St Nicholas Market.

A brand-new pop-up shop, the Makers Market will feature the produce of some of the city’s most exciting makers and creators, boasting a range of unique Christmas gifts.

From handmade jewellery to dog accessories, everything on sale is the work of 21 local entrepreneurs currently enrolled on the Prince’s Trust Enterprise programme.

A combination of training and mentoring services, the Enterprise programme helps young people (aged 18 – 30) translate their business ideas into a reality. To find out more, head to the website.

At this year’s market, discover the handmade ceramics of Libby Ballard, and limited-edition clothing from Hare Raising Designs.

As well as homeware and clothing, the brand-new market concept will feature stationery, Christmas cards and more. To keep up to date with the market’s exhibitors, visit the Facebook page.
