Halloween season is upon us, and as always Bristol residents are spoilt for choice when it comes to celebrating the occasion. Check out our rundown of the biggest and best Halloween parties going down in the city this year.

He.She.They at Motion // 26th October 2019

in:Motion Halloween 2019 w/He.She.They @ Motion // Saturday 26th October

Maya Jane Coles' much-loved party He.She.They have been given the reigns for the first of two Halloween parties as part of the tenth in:Motion series this year. Split over two rooms, she'll be joined on the night by Panorama Bar residents Steffi & Virginia, Swedish DJ La Fleur and Wax Wings, while Bristol favourites Bitch, Please! will be bringing ABSOLUTE and Blixa along for their Room 2 takeover to play alongside residents ZenZero and Suze Rosser.

 

Slaughterhaus: Hex in the City @ The Old Market Assembly // Saturday 26th October

Slaughterhaus Bristol and Punka are joining forces this Halloween for a celebration of daring drag, scarily good tunes and a handful of still-to-be-announced special guests. The two promoters work closely with Bristol Zero Tolerance to ensure everyone in attendance feels safe - "basic rule of thumb", the organisers say, "don't be a dick!"

 

Jungle Horror Story @ The Old Crown Courts // Saturday 26th October

Expect more than 50 artists, 25 jungle DJs & MCs and 4 of the UK's biggest jungle & DnB crews in this one as Rumble in the Jungle take over the Bridewell Complex for a huge bass-led Halloween party. With some of the biggest names in DnB, jungle, bassline and more on the lineup including Ed Solo, Deekline, Benny Page, Serial Killaz and many, many more, this party is certain to put The Old Crown Courts through its paces like never before.

The Canteen is getting a full monstrous makeover on Halloween night this year as The Box promises to bring a full night of spooky goodness to the bar. Digestive Chamber Halloween Special @ Basement 45 // Thursday 31st October

Headlined by none other than Critical Records signee and underground veteran Hyroglifics, Digestive Chamber's Halloween Special at Basement 45 is certainly not one to miss. Be ready for two rooms of DnB madness from start to finish courtesy of the Dubruvvas duo, Digestive Chamber residents ENN and Makuta, brand-new Bristol label Pressure Dome, Ripples head Wölfe and more.

 

Wide Eyes Halloween @ Lakota // Friday 1st November

Join Lakota for a Halloween to remember this year as they transform their five rooms into a truly creepy complex with a heavy soundtrack to match. With a varied lineup featuring the likes of Foreign Concept, Eva Lazarus, Phaeleh, Buckfast Boys Club and Aba Shanti-I among others and tickets available for just £8, we guarantee this one will kick November off with a bang.

 

The Blast: Carnival of the Dead! @ Motion // Saturday 2nd November

Bristol's favourite multi-genre promoter is back with a bang in November with their 2019 Carnival of the Dead! The Blast team are going bigger and better than ever for the sixth edition of their annual Halloween party, inviting none other than Shy FX, dubstep pioneer JokerProblem Central, the Bristol debut of Watch the Ride (a combination of DJ DieRandall and Dismantle) and much more.
