One day of St Paul's Carnival simply not enough for you? Fear not then, because you can recreate all the fun and excitement of the Bristol's iconic celebration of Afro Caribbean culture as part of a pop-up event at Arnolfini on Friday 12th July 2019.

You'll get the chance to recreate the fantastic music, colourful costumes and exuberant dancing a week after the original event. St Paul's Carnival pop up at Arnolfini

St Paul's Carnival, as those of Bristol and beyond well and truly know, is a much-loved festival that takes place in and around the St Paul's area of the city with a day full to the brim with a stunning spectrum of events, activities, parades, food stalls, drinks and stages. It all began way back in 1968 and has now flourished to become one of the biggest street celebrations of Afro Caribbean culture in Europe.

On the day of the carnival, photographers were zipping around snapping pics of everything that was going on, so you might even see yourself in one of the pics on display too. Entry is free, with a suggested donation of £3. For more info about the Carnival Pop-Up Launch Event, have a look here.
