A few days ahead of his appearance at Glastonbury (Rabbit Hole stage, The Park, Saturday 4pm) Tommy Tiger brings his sound and vision spectacular to this well-loved Bristol institution Bag of Nails pub in Hotwells Bristol for a free gig on Sunday 23rd June 8pm.

Tommy Tiger

Something of a 21st century one-man band, Tommy Tiger loops his voice, guitar and electronics, as well as sound effects from nature, to create an ambient collage of songs that gently blend from one to the next. Accompanied by enchanting video projections, the overall effect is like being bathed in mesmerising sound and vision.

The Bag Of Nails on St Georges Road in Bristol is one of the best real ale pubs in the city. Fact. It's been a firm favourite and alcohol-swigging staple for many of the city's heartiest imbibers for decades, and its gaggle of meandering moggies which saunter the pub and sleep on the bar have ensured a new, cat-loving kind of beer sipper added to its ongoing legion of fans.

The perfect way to wind down the weekend.
