Kent festival One Love announces second wave of acts

Posted on: 13 Apr 2019

Summer’s coming – and One Love festival is back with its second line-up announcement of the year. Who’s involved? Dancehall icon King Yellowman, Melbourne's Dub FX and roots reggae trio Abyssinians – and that's just a fraction of the names listed.

Fundamentally unrivalled in its celebration of reggae, the Rastafari movement and a multiverse of sub-genre sound, One Love is creating a buzz around its eleventh year in business, but the music is just the start of it. Check out the full line-up here.

Last year’s festival

Besides one of the UK’s largest reggae line-ups, One Love is delivering its visitors a holistic summer experience with the expansion of it's festival’s spaces.

While the new Rasta Village will welcome drumming workshops, Ital food outlets and meditation, its Space of Love arena brings holistic awakenings for festival attendees. Think sound therapies, yoga and massages. They’ve got lots of exciting stuff for kids, too, including a dedicated play space and workshops throughout the three-day celebration.

Returning to one of its older spots, One Love is setting up camp in Kent’s Hop Farm between 30 August and 1 September 2019. Second tier tickets are selling quickly, with prices set to rise. At the moment, adult tickets are available for £135 while students can get £10 off. Grab yours here.
