Crazy For You at The Redgrave Theatre.

Set in 1930s New York City, Crazy For You follows the story of young banker Bobby Child and his struggles under the thumb of his mother and controlling fiancee Irene. His one real ambition is to sing and dance, and when he's sent to the depths of Deadrock Nevada to close down the Gaiety Theatre, he begins a journey of self-discovery, love and masquerade.

His life becomes intertwined with young postmistress Polly Baker, and her determination to save the theatre from closure leads to a competition for each others affection. Throughout the show audiences will also meet the glamourous dancing follies, gunslinging Nevada cowboys and, of course, the eccentric Bella Zangler!

Join Bristol Musical Theatre for an experience that guarantees to be, in equal measure, action-packed, heartwarming and hilarious, featuring an excellent Gershwin score with plenty of well-known musical numbers including the hit 'I've Got Rhythm'. Tickets for this one start at £15 (incl. booking fee) and can be found here.

Crazy For You is showing five times in May 2019 at The Redgrave Theatre, on Wednesday 1st, Thursday 2nd, Friday 3rd and twice on Saturday 4th (matinee and evening performances). Follow the link above to find out more about the show and to book your tickets, or head to the Redgrave Theatre website to find out what else is on in the coming weeks.
