Each cocktail has been specially created to match and complement each dish and to showcase the versatility of a range of award-winning spirits.

Established in 2014, Cotswolds is a local distillery established in 2014, with a view to creating high-quality spirits that represent the character of the Cotswolds area. Ingredients are sourced locally, including Snowshill lavender which features within their dry gin, and Cotswolds barley in their whisky.

A perfect mid-week event, there are a limited number of tickets available to purchase now. Priced at £58, each ticket includes a Gin & Tonic on arrival, a three-course meal paired with three bespoke cocktails, and teas and coffees post dessert. On the night, guests will also be able to enjoy an exclusive talk from Rob Patchett of Cotswolds Distillery, who will touch upon each spirit and their individual characteristics.
