Art Battle - live painting competition - at Trinity Centre on Friday 22nd March 2019Posted on: 15 Mar 2019
Paintbrushes at the ready - Trinity Centre in Bristol is throwing down the gauntlet for the city's artists for a full-on live painting competition on Friday 22nd March 2019.
Art Battle will see the region's best artists go head to head for a showdown that will get the artistic pulses racing and the crowds cheering for the final artistic victor.
Over the course of three breakneck rounds, you'll watch the creative process in action from inception to completion. Paint will fly, adrenaline will pump, artists will work their magic and people will get the chance to vote for their favourite.
At the end of it all and after the crowning champ holds his paintbrushes in gloating, triumphant victory, if you take a particular liking to any of it yourself then you can take part in a silent auction to snap up the creation that floats your artistic boat.
Featured artist Rosie Caley will also be knocking up some inspiring arty concoctions on the night as well. You can get involved as either a participating artist or an enthusiastic spectator. Tickets cost £10 advance and £12 on the door, plus there's an enticing 50% off for students.
Arty shenanigans kick off at 7 pm, and you can find out all the info you need to know here.
Trinity Centre is located at Trinity Road, Bristol, BS2 0NW. Tel. 07572 834433
