Shows are at 7.30pm Tuesday through Saturday with matinees every Wednesday, Saturday (not 7th Sept) and Sunday at 2.30pm.
A classic Disney tale: The Lion King tells the story of young Simba, an adorable lion cub, and his epic adventures as he struggles to accept the responsibilities of adulthood. But it’s the stage which truly brings this heartwarming animation to life, and the production’s longstanding success pays tribute to this.
The Lion King first saw London back in 1999. Twenty years later, the production remains the West End’s best-selling stage production. Not only this, it’s broken countless records and scooped more awards than we can count. In short, everyone has made a fuss about it – and now it’s your turn!
The stage production sees its designers draw on diverse cultural influences to recreate the vibrant colours and vast expanses of the African savanna, while masks, puppets and striking costumes have dazzled audiences for two decades.
