Woo at the Zoo at Noah's Ark Zoo Farm from Thursday 14th February until Saturday 2nd March 2019Posted on: 04 Feb 2019
Valentine's Day gets a cute, animal-themed twist at Noah's Ark Zoo Farm with its unique take on the vagaries of love with Woo at the Zoo, which runs from Thursday 14th February until Saturday 2nd March 2019.
Give the expensive cards, chocs, flowers and triple-the-usual-price romantic meal a miss in favour of a stroll around the zoo's special giant heart trail, which will educate and inform you about the various important conservation issues and fun facts about the venue's multitudinous animal inhabitants.
Finish the trail and answer questions which could end up with you bagging a family day ticket for 2 adults and 2 children, then hang a heart on the Promise Tree and vow to do your bit helping conservation.
Of course, once you're there you may as well have a meander around the zoo and enjoy its amazing assemblage of animals such as Zenah the baby zebra, cute ostrich chicks and two lion cubs Kojo and Tau. You can also enjoy educational talks by the keepers throughout the day and some heart-themed encouragement for the various animal couples.
