Yorkshire Puddings are one of those quintessential British things that the rest of The World seems to be confused by. Is it a pastry? Is it a pancake? No, Americans. No it is not. How dare you suggest we eat it with jam? The soft, fluffy centre is for gravy and gravy only thank you very much.
