Posted on: 31 Jan 2019TV's inimitable Dave Gorman will hit Bristol Hippodrome on Tuesday 5th February 2019 with his latest show, With Great PowerPoint Comes Great Responsibility.
The comedian, author and TV presenter is no stranger on these shores as creator and presenter of his Dave TV hit show Modern Life is Goodish as well as Are You Dave Gorman? and Googlewhack Adventure.
His brand spanking new live show will combine all the usual elements that make him, his programmes and stand-up such offbeat entertaining fun: on-the-money social commentary, whipsmart humour, ingenious observations, a gleamingly cheeky irreverence, and, of course, a PowerPoint presentation.
So, with laptop and projector in close proximity, he'll be taking a closer inspection at some of the more overlooked aspects of contemporary human existence, from the sublime to the ridiculous, the astonishing to the incredulous, the perplexing and the absurd. In essence, the vagaries and inanities of 21st century life. Gorman style, naturally.
The show starts at 8pm. Support will come in the form stand-up comedian Nick Doody. Tickets cost £31.65 (plus booking fee) and can be snapped up here.
