Calling all Schnauzers lovers! Head to Ashton Court on Sunday, 23 December for Schnauzerfestive – an afternoon where Schnauzers and their human friends come together for a mass fundraising walk!

 

Just a couple of days before Christmas, Schnauzerfestive at Ashton Court is sure to get the whole family feeling festive and active. Who doesn’t love a cute doggie walk, anyway?!

This walk is run entirely by volunteer hosts, so fellow participants are asked to take full responsibility for themselves and their fluffy friends! Hosts for Bristol will be co-hosts Alice (with Schnauzer Judy) and Rachel Sheppard (and Schnauzer Lily). 

 

Schnauzerfest – the organisers behind this seasonable canine get-together - is a nationwide fundraising collection of walkers and their beloved schnauzers. They put organise weekend-long dog walks! Aimed putting the fun in fundraising, the collective raises money for the Diana Brimblecombe Animal Rescue Centre (DBARC) based in Berkshire.

 

This rescue provides loving care and veterinary treatment for many animals, including Schnauzers that have experienced the terrible conditions of puppy farms and other rough backgrounds. Walkers can donate here
