Tickets still remaining for George FitzGerald live at The Marble Factory on Sunday 28th October

Following a long sabbatical after the release of his debut album in 2015, George FitzGerald returned to the touring circuit in late 2017 and has been playing out prolifically ever since. His acclaimed synth-led live show has catapulted him back into the electronic limelight in 2018, and he is set to make his return to Bristol with a Sunday evening show on 28th October.

George FitzGerald will be supported by Sandunes at The Marble Factory on Sunday 28th October.

The atmospheric vocals and melodic tones of George Fitzgerald's debut album - his 2015 offering Fading Love - were what pushed the DJ-slash-producer into the international scene, with tracks like Crystallize, Full Circle and Shards providing a big part of the soundtrack for a lot of people's summers that year. Having previously signed to Hotflush and Aus Music, FitzGerald has now started up his own label, DoubleSix, and has released a further two projects over the last two years.

Update, a full album released last year, acted as a precursor for FitzGerald's return to the club circuit after a lengthy absence, with his dreamy remix of Dense & Pika's hit track Colt surely a highlight. From there, he's thrown himself back into the mix to become one of the most prolific touring artists on the electronic music scene, playing at clubs and festivals in the UK, across Europe, Dubai, Australia, the US, Canada and North Africa in 2018.

The upcoming live set at The Marble Factory marks his second visit to Bristol this year, having played a huge set at the sold-out Love Saves The Day festival back in May. Motion's Marble Factory space has, of course, recently been expanded and fully renovated, and we're sure that there won't be many better tests of the venue's atmosphere than the ethereal sound of George Fitzgerald.

Tickets for George FitzGerald live at The Marble Factory are on sale now and can be found here.
