Mosaic Making Workshop at PRSC The Yard on Thursday 9th August 2018

Posted on: 06 Aug 2018

Stoke's Croft China is offering an inspiring, creative solution to a genuine (albeit slightly accident-prone) problem with its Mosaic Workshop at PRSC (People's Republic of Stokes Croft) The Yard on Thursday 9th August 2018.

It might not have been a bull rampaging through the china shop that resulted in the plentiful shards of broken china, but we're all human and accidents will happen - so you can pop on your artistic head to create loads of marvelous artwork out of the leftover broken china remnants.

Hosted by mosaic artist Rocio, it's a 2-hour workshop which will guide you the creative process of constructing original, beautiful mosaics out of what would normally be swept up and thrown in the bin. All the materials will be provided and you can take your mosaic piece home at the end of the workshop.

The session runs from 1pm to 3pm, with a place costing £20 per person and which can be booked here. PRSC The Yard is located at 35 Jamaica Street, Stokes Croft, Bristol, BS2 8JP.  Tel. 0117 944 4540.
