What's On Offer?
As much a music venue and club night as a bowling alley, and indeed a pizzeria and karaoke bar to boot, this place is perfect for events and functions or for a spontaneous night out with friends.
The venue has five bowling lanes, which are available for hire by the hour. They suggest a maximum of 6 people per lane, with prices being £45 for one lane for 1 hour.
Their karaoke room is perfect for birthday parties or work nights out. Its privacy means that you’re free to belt out your best Madonna or Elvis impression in the secure knowledge that you won’t be heard by passers by in the street… probably. The room costs £40 to hire for an hour and fits 25 people.
The team are more than happy to cater to any occasion or group number, including birthdays, Christmas parties and hen nights. Whether a big or small gathering, and no matter what you want to be involved in your night - food, bowling, private bars, you name it, they will make sure it is a party worthy of being discussed for months to follow.
Lucky’s Pizzas

As well as a fairly extensive list of pizza options including calzone, rossa (no cheese) and bianca (no tomato), the kitchen also serve up a tasty selection of sides and antipasti. Check out their mouth-watering menu here.
The kitchen is open 7 days a week. Opening times are:
Monday-Thursday – 5pm-9.30pm
Friday – 4pm-10pm
Saturday & Sunday – 12pm-10pm
Music Events
In addition to their ‘Department S’ club night every Saturday (indie, mod, rock n roll), The Lanes also host ‘Atomic’ on every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month - a night playing dance-busting classics all the way from the 50s to present day with great drinks deals and discounts on bowling.
This place is a vibrant live music venue with a host of artists offering a gig a week, at least. Some of their upcoming gigs include:
Friday 11th May - Port Erin with support from The Malago Ballroom
Thursday 7th June - Hackney Colliery Band + Support
as well as regular club nights from Fat Lip, Department S Club, The Big Cheese, and Dot to Dot Festival.
Whatever you want from your evening, whether it’s an hour or two of bowling followed by a slice of pizza, or a full-blown night out, this is a prime nightlife spot and one not to be missed!
