L’Osteria to open first UK restaurant in Bristol
Posted on: 21 Sep 2016An amazing new Italian restaurant has its heart set on opening up in Bristol before anywhere else! Four units in the Quakers Friars area of Cabot Circus are to be turned into the UK’s first L’Osteria. The popular pizza pasta restaurant, with over 60 locations across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, will make its UK debut in Bristol.

Sitting between Carluccios and Brasserie Blanc, L’Osteria will open its doors in early December and offer its signature 18 inch pizzas and fresh pasta dishes using authentic Italian ingredients.
The new opening will have seating for 200 inside as well as a terrace outside, and a private function room accommodating 23 people.
L’Osteria restaurants across Europe are known for their distinctive design cues, buzzing atmosphere and fresh flavours. Each restaurant has its own character. The Bristol site will have a chic bar area, cosy booth seating and larger tables for families and friends to gather.
When asked why they wanted to open a new restaurant in Bristol, L’Osteria responded with.
“We felt that the piazza feeling of the Quakers Friars area was perfect for the atmosphere we want to create. We’ve also heard Bristol has a bit of a thing for pizza at the moment!”
A mouth watering prospect for all the pizza and pasta lovers in the city be, sure to get on down to L’Osteria when it opens!
