When did you set up Hampton Clinic and can you give us a brief history?
The Hampton Clinic launched in October 2014 in the prestigious Berkeley Square in Clifton and has since relocated to a larger premises on Whiteladies Road. The clinic offers a clean, highly professional environment where you can relax and feel safe in the hands of the professionals. Using cutting edge technology available in some of London’s most prestigious clinics, we are able to assist you in achieving your ultimate skin and body goals in just a few easy steps.
The clinic was co-founded by Tara McCullough, who has worked with some of the country’s leading cosmetic doctors in London and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience within the beauty and aesthetics industry over the last 10 years. It is imperative that our team share the same passion and dedication for our industry, which led us to head-hunt our Laser Aestheticians Delphine and Jessica, our Nurse Prescriber Julie Brackenbury (one of the UK's top nurses) and Jozette, our expertly trained Nouveau specialist for Semi-Permanent Make Up. We have worked with a number of celebrities, socialites and high profile clients who strive for perfection through our work.

Are you from Bristol?
I grew up in the West Country and chose to relocate to London to start my career in beauty & aesthetics. It's great to be back! Bristol is such a vibrant city with so many quirky events to get involved in. We love the community spirit that Bristol offers helping independent businesses work better together.

How do you find running an independent business in Bristol?
The on-going support of the people of Bristol is fantastic. As a customer facing industry our job is made much easier by the great characters that we meet everyday!
Where do you like to eat out in Bristol?
We like to eat locally, with Brew Coffee Company being our favourite for brunch! The Bristol Health Hub on Cotham Hill is a community run project and their cafe is fantastic for organic smoothies and superfood lunches!
What's your favourite place in Bristol?
St Nicholas Market for its fantastic range of independent retailers, you can find some really unique things!
Where do you see Hampton Clinic in 5 years time?
Given how quickly we have grown over the past year, we would definitely like to open another clinic close to Bristol. The demand for non-invasive treatments is increasing every year as clients are seeing great results without the need for surgery! Our ethical approach sets us apart from the competition.
What advice would you give to any aspiring Bristol small business owners?
Keep working hard! There will always be competition, so remember why you're different and always be genuine. Bristol is so fantastic at supporting small businesses and we even have the Bristol Pound to help keep money circulating between independent businesses within Bristol.
If you were Mayor of Bristol for a day which one thing would you change?
I'd remove the RPZ!! :-)
