Park Furnishers Sale in Bristol until 31 August 2015

Park Furnishers in Bristol is an independent furniture store located between the City Centre and Bedminster, just behind East Street. A huge selection of furnishings for nearly every room in the home are available to browse in their 110,000 Square Foot showroom, making Park Furnishers the largest furniture store in Bristol! After being passed down a third generation to brothers Tim and James Coller, the company is now looking to use its interesting history of innovation and originality to grow the company even further.
Last month their originality and tenacity came alive, as they hosted their annual customer party, as a preview event for their explosive summer sale. Fire-eaters, street circus, stilt walkers, a hog roast and more, there was plenty going on to keep customers entertained throughout the celebration.
As a local independent business, Park Furnishers hold great value in supporting the local community, acquiring their Big Top fabric from Bedminster fabric shop Calico, hiring Hog Roast specialists Bowberry Fayre, continuously raising money for Bristol charity St. Peter’s Hospice and hiring their performers through a local circus business.
“We have been raising money for St. Peter’s Hospice from very early on. St Peter's Hospice is Bristol's adult hospice, caring for local people with life-limiting illnesses and Len Coller began his relationship with the charity by giving them furniture to aid their work. With fantastic events such as the Harbour Festival and Upfest happening annually in the locality, we find it important to tap into the things that our potential customers can relate to" said Marketing Manager, Paul Marshall.
The event marked the start of Park Furnishers’ annual summer sale, which runs until 31st August 2015, whilst also marking the start of a new era for the exciting business.
