This year’s Award-Winning performance Dick Whittington at The Bristol Hippodrome tells the rags to riches tale of a young man and his cat on an exciting quest for fame and fortune, but will the evil King Rat thwart his plans or will Fairy Bowbells save the day? All will be revealed in this magical performance. Join Britain’s Got Talent winners Ashleigh & Pudsey, CBeebies Ben Faulks a.k.a. Mr Bloom, Bristol pantomime favourite Andy Ford, X Factor finalist and ‘Killer Queen’ Brenda Edwards, and panto dame extraordinare Eric Potts, in the spectacular family pantomime.

Swallows and Amazons is the Christmas Show at The Bristol Old Vic this year. Back by popular demand shows are generally at 7pm each evening and a huge number of 2pm matinees included too. Swallows and Amazons is a story of an idyllic era, of endless summer evenings and the beauty of youthful imagination. Follow Captain John and his able crew as they set sail to Wildcat Island on an exotic adventure to encounter savages, capture dastardly pirates and defeat mortal enemies.

Mr and Mrs Dearly love dogs, especially their two dalmatians, Pongo and Perdita. Cruella De Vil loves fur and doesn’t have much time for anything living. When Pongo and Perdita’s fifteen new-born dalmatian puppies go missing they soon figured out who has kidnapped them. Based on Dodie Smith’s much loved book, The Hundred and One Dalmatians is the latest collaboration between Tobacco Factory Theatres and Travelling Light especially for Bristol audiences at Christmas. 101 Dalmatians is perfect for families with children because it will be warm-hearted and playful, it has original live music and a lot of laughs.

Alice in Wonderland and What She Found is this years Christmas show at The Redgrave Theatre in Bristol. The story tells of Alice’s encounters with the White Rabbit, the Caterpillar, the Cheshire Cat, the Mad-Hatter, the Queen of Hearts and other fabulous, timeless characters and is suitable for the whole family. Tickets range from £8 to £17 and the show schedule is detailed below.

Starlite Productions will be back at The Redgrave Theatre in Bristol in January 2015 with a firm family favourite Pantomime, Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs. The award winning company have delighted audiences of all ages at this theatre for over a decade are pleased to be return once again. Starlite Productions have raised over £70,000 raised for various children’s charities in the Bristol Area, since the company’s formation in 2002.
