Where to watch the rugby in Bristol for the Autumn Internationals
Posted on: 07 Nov 2014It's that time of the year again when the Southern Hemisphere visits the islands of Northern Europe (and France and Italy) for the Rugby Autumn Internationals and what a schedule of games there are in store over the next 4 weeks. There are of course lots of pubs and bars in Bristol showing the rugby but here at 365Bristol we like to give you an idea of some of the places with a great atmosphere.
One bone of contention, with so few fixtures why schedule them at the same ruddy time! The England v New Zealand and Wales v Australia fixture both kick off at 2.30pm and Ireland v South Africa and Scotland v Argentina both at 5.30pm (plus France v Fiji at 5.45pm). All these games are on Saturday, yet no international fixtures on Sunday. It beggars belief!
Here's our recommendations of venues to visit this Saturday and throughout this month of international rugby. WALES and SCOTLAND fans, The Beehive on Wellington Hill is definitely showing your fixtures on Saturday 8 November.
