James Bay to close 2022 UK tour at Bristol's O2 Academy

The multi-talented musician is going back on the road in November & December.

 

Internationally-renowned singer-songwriter James Bay has revealed a full list of dates for his latest UK tour, a 10-date run culminating in a show at Bristol's O2 Academy on 3 December.

 

The tour has been organised in support of Bay's eagerly-anticipated third album, Leap, due for release in July.

Winner of multiple major awards and a certified multi-platinum selling artist, James Bay has exploded into the mainstream in recent years and won fans around the world with his stirring acoustic sound.

 

Bay has been enjoying a busy year in 2022 so far, performing across the country in January as part of Independent Venue Week before embarking on a sell-out headline tour in April. 

 

This summer, alongside a handful of high-profile festival performances, he'll be heading out to the US to join The Lumineers on their Brightside World Tour.

 

Alongside news of his late 2022 UK tour, Bay has shared a music video for his new single, 'One Life'. 

 

The emotive visuals chart a relationship between a couple, capturing milestone memories with an intimate home-movie aesthetic. 

 

Speaking on the track's release, Bay said: “This is a song I wrote about me and Lucy. We first got together at 16 and have been together ever since. She’s supported me since day one. From open mic nights, right through to my biggest shows.”

 

 

Kicking off in Bournemouth on 20 November, James Bay's Leap Tour will see him perform in Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester, Edinburgh, Nottingham, Dublin, Birmingham and London before closing at Bristol's O2 Academy on 3 December.
