JOHN ROSSALL & HARVEY ELLISON (THE GLITTER BAND) at The Fleece in Bristol
John Rossall and Harvey Ellison will be playing at The Fleece in Bristol on Saturday 7 January 2017.
John Rossall and Harvey Ellison are founder members of The Glitter Band. They continue to keep the classic hits alive, along with other great Glitter Glam Rock classics which they played a major part in.
John Rossall, along with the late Gerry Shephard, wrote some of The Glitter Band’s biggest and most memorable hits, such as ‘Angel Face’, ‘Just for You’ and ‘Let’s Get Together Again’. John left the band to pursue a solo career, continuing to collaborate with Gerry Shephard and creating memorable songs such as ‘Look What You’ve Been Missing’ and ‘Until the Next Time’.
Saxophonist Harvey remained in the Glitter Band after John Rossall left, remaining a mainstay member throughout the ’70s along with Gerry, Springy, Tony and Pete.
