Jim Jones All Stars are widely regarded as one of the most electrifying live acts on the circuit today. Fronted by Jim Jones and featuring former The Jim Jones Revue members Gavin Jay (bass) and Elliot Mortimer (piano and keyboards), the band is completed by guitarist Carlton Mounsher, drummer Aidan Sinclair, backing vocalist Ali Jones, and the dual saxophone line-up of Stuart Dace and Tom Hodges. Together, they conjure a raw and feverish sound of Fat White Family, the swagger of The Brian Jonestown Massacre, and the rebellious energy of Primal Scream.

On the new album "Cat Fight", tracks such as “Make It Rain” see the band summon a powerful, elemental intensity, while “Born 2 Ride” emerges as a ragged, open-road anthem for a new generation. Elsewhere, the scorched-rock swagger of “I’m On Fire”, the amphetamine-fuelled garage-rock drive of “Goin’ Higher”, and the intoxicating rush of “Drink Me” all underline a band pushing themselves to exhilarating extremes. The album also features contributions from special guests including Chris Robinson on vocals, Chuck Prophet on guitar, and Gloria Jones, each bringing their distinctive talents and character to the record.

The recent project was recorded at Bakerland Studios and West Eleven Studios by Kevin Harris and was produced under the expert guidance of Chris Robinson of The Black Crowes, with bespoke artwork created by his wife, Camille Johnson. Mixed with testifying fervour, the final mix was contributed by Jim Jones himself and mastered by Nick Page at Forking Paths Mastering, Los Angeles.

Personally selected by The Black Crowes for their “Heartless Bastards” UK and European dates in 2024, Jim Jones All Stars also served as main support to The Wildhearts on their Spring 2025 tour. In addition, the band has completed multiple sold-out headline runs and delivered high-energy festival performances across the UK and Europe.

Renowned for their explosive live shows, they continue to build momentum—catch them at the upcoming dates below.
