Celebrate New Year's Eve James Bond style at The Mint Room in Clifton with their 007 themed night.
Dress to impress (black tie and evening/cocktail dresses) and attend one of the hottest parties in Bristol this New year's Eve at the award-winning Mint Room in Clifton. A Champagne and canapés reception will be followed by a sumptuous 3-course dinner with full DJ entertainment all night. Champagne will of course be served at midnight.

Reception:
Mixed canapés and Jacquart Brut Mosaique Champagne on arrival
To begin:
Spiced roast duck breast on a bed of mixed salad, watercress and plum tomatoes with an orange and cumin dressing
Tandoori-grilled paneer, filled with fresh mint and coriander sauce
Wiltshire baby lamb chops, marinated with raw papaya, fennel and yoghurt, cooked in the tandoor
To follow:
Pan-fried seabass fillet, seasoned with spices from Southern India, wrapped in banana leaf and served with lemon rice
Oven-grilled pheasant, with ginger, green chilli and cardamon, simmered in a sauce of heirloom tomatoes and cream
A medley of pan-fried courgettes and broad beans, mixed with onion, cumin, tomato and coriander leaves
To finish:
Black carrot cake with vanilla kulfi
To welcome the New Year:
Champagne at midnight, DJ and dancing
