Lucky 13 Music Group Presents…Death of Guitar Pop Live at Fleece

Death of Guitar Pop comprises of two members, Silky & Jonny “Top Kat” Hick. Hailing from Essex they produce some cracking 2-Tone influenced Ska and a Skinhead Mod Fusion style.

Influences trickle down from the skinhead and mod subcultures. The music, the image, the community. According to the band, although the scenes have merged somewhat nowadays it’s a great time to be part of it all.

They released their fan-funded debut album ’69 Candy Street’ in November 2017 and managed to get Bad Manners horn section, “The Mafia” to feature on the record throughout. Two-tone icon Neville Staple also features on the single ‘Suburban Ska Club’.
