It’s back! Here’s everything you need to know
The International Balloon Fiesta – the city’s most iconic event – is back! This year, the Festival commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Concorde vessel’s first flight. Get ready to experience the fun, food, and of course, balloons, all over again between Thursday 8 August and Sunday 11 August 2019.
Held in the beautiful surroundings of Ashton Court Estate, the balloon fiesta will attract over 130 balloons from across the globe. With a small cost for parking, this otherwise completely free event is accompanied by entertainment, rides and more. We can’t wait!
The Fiesta kicks off on Thursday 8 August at 12:00, with their first iconic ‘night glow’ finale happening at 21:00. From thereon, early birds can catch mass hot air balloon lifts every day at 06:00. Set your alarms! For more details on the event’s itinerary, click here.
