A craft beer and cider pub located on Bristol's historic King Street

The Royal Navy Volunteer is located on the historic cobbled drinking destination of King Street and is one of the longest-running pubs in Bristol.

Boasting a vast selection of 36 lines of craft beer, cask ale and cider, this popular pub works closely with some of the UK’s best local and independent breweries and distilleries to keep those lines well stocked. Expect lagers, IPAs, pale ales, stouts, bitters and red, brown, amber and golden ales as well as a selection of sour beers and English saisons and a fridge full of small batch, mixed fermentation, bottle-conditioned beers and ciders.

It's not just alcoholic beverages on offer, The Volley also serve a blend of proper pub grub and modern favourites 7 days a week. Enjoy a succulent club sandwich on your lunch break, soak up your Friday evening drink with chicken wings, or - on a Sunday - tuck into one of central Bristol's best traditional roasts!

Thanks to its vast size, The Royal Navy Volunteer also has two large function rooms for hire, both of which can be booked with a bartender and feature AV equipment. There is also a  games room where punters can play pool, darts, table football, and also shuffleboard.

If that wasn't enough, the pub also hosts a weekly pub quiz every Wednesday from 7:30 PM (with cash prizes!!) and eclectic live music shows on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings - don't be a wally, get down to The Volley!
