What began as a hobby at university quickly grew into a thriving business, officially becoming a Ltd company in 2022. Located in a spacious, custom-built facility, Edgie Eats specialises in handmade cakes crafted with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Every cake is made with care and delivered fresh, ensuring each bite is a delight.
In March 2024, the team expanded with the opening of Edgie Eats Cafe by the Downs. The cafe offers a cosy, inviting space for all - from solo visitors seeking quiet time to groups meeting over coffee. The garden at the back provides a peaceful retreat, while the café's partnership with Bristol-based coffee supplier Triple Roast Co. ensures that every cup of coffee is of the highest quality.
