Danny's Burgers began as a passion project after winning Grillstock 2017 and quickly became known for their signature Cali-style smash burgers. Operating out of Fierce & Noble Brewery in St. Werburghs, Bristol, they gained a loyal following and went on to win Burger Chef of the Year at the National Burger Awards in 2021, followed by Best UK Burger in 2022. Each weekend, Danny's Burgers runs a popular pop-up at Fierce & Noble Brewery, serving high-quality, locally-sourced burgers. 

Quality is at the heart of everything they do, from the native-bred, free-range dry-aged beef to their commitment to sourcing locally and working with independent suppliers. Weekly changing specials alongside set favourites keep things fresh and exciting.

For those looking to master the art of burger making, Danny’s Burgers offers monthly masterclasses. Held on the last Sunday of each month from 12-3pm, the classes include hands-on cooking, a behind-the-scenes story, and two beers (or soft drinks) from Fierce & Noble.
