Healthy, Tasty, Fast - dig into Biblos' famous wraps!

Biblos are famed throughout the city for offering a delicious, fast-food fusion of Middle Eastern and Caribbean cuisine in the heart of Bristol. You can find Biblos cafés in both Stokes Croft and Wapping Wharf, each eatery with its own unique atmosphere and menu, in keeping with the neighbourhoods that they reside in. Their most famous delicacy is their wraps, which include Jerk Fried Chicken (JFC), Falafel, Halloumi and Pulled Pork - there’s something for everyone!

Biblos was established back in 2010 and is owned and run by Ariel Czaczkes & William Clarke, who have forged their own unique style of flatbread sandwich wraps blending delicious marinated meats and veggie fillings jam-packed with salads, pickles and homemade sauces. The name Biblos comes from Byblos: A Greek name for a city in Lebanon!

The Bristol institution even have their own mission statements...

To serve up healthy, tasty food at the right price.

To serve up top-quality homemade food, homemade where possible!

To use local suppliers as much as possible.

To make as much of the menu vegan as possible while still respecting their meat-eating roots.

To foster a pleasant atmosphere for customers, and staff and to give something back to the community.

To offer something for all tastes, eccentricities and dietary requirements.

Biblos have also provided catering for a number of large events, including Glastonbury, Banksy’s Dismaland Bemusement Park, Bestival, Bristol Harbout Fest, Tokyo World, Boomtown and Love Saves the Day.
